Job summary

InsureOne Insurance is seeking a Licensed Service Consultant to service and retain an existing book of business, advise clients on coverages, and process endorsements and cancellations. You will also focus on cross-sell opportunities and delivering a white-glove experience.

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license and be capable of high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An active Property & Casualty license is required.

• P&C Insurance experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business, focusing on growth and retention while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Routinely conduct consultative conversations with our clients to ensure all coverage needs are addressed.
• Generate and sell cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunities.
• Assist customers with billing, endorsements, and documents.
• Complete all required applications and documentation according to carrier and company guidelines.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative service and sales targets as assigned.
• Support all company initiatives guided by our WE CARE values, sales culture, and business needs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external customers.

Pay Details:

The starting pay for a Licensed Service Consultant is $47,840 /year plus commission and performance-based bonuses

Shift:

Must be available to work Monday - Friday either of 3 shifts: 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, or 10am - 7pm

What You Will Do:

The Service Consultant would focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients’ needs.

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license to qualify for this position.

• Manage an existing book of business, focusing on growth and retention while delivering exceptional customer service
• Routinely conduct consultative conversations with our clients to ensure all coverage needs are addressed
• Generate and sell cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunities
• Work with customers to provide exceptional service while resolving customer requests/concerns, such as, but not limited to, billing, endorsement, copies of insurance documents, etc.
• Completes all required applications and documentation according to carrier and company guidelines
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative service and sales targets as assigned
• Support all company initiatives as requested, guided by our company’s WE CARE values, sales culture, and business needs
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external customers

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
• 1+ year experience working in a call center environment
