What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the physician's office health care team by scheduling patient appointments and assisting with patient inquiries
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all marketing activities and physician referral efforts
- Quickly determine the needs of customers and handle escalated calls professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate database while multitasking
- Perform other marketing and non-marketing related duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the State of Florida
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Exceptional active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40-45 WPM and handle multiple systems simultaneously
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bilingual in Spanish-English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Knowledge of the healthcare and/or managed care industry
