Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly and efficient service at our travel centers. You will handle POS transactions, support guests with orders, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring basic POS knowledge and strong verbal communication. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays are required to support 24/7 service across our locations.

Qualifications

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
• Previous food service experience is a plus and desirable for strong verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude
• Provide great tasting / quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
• Process transactions on a POS register
• Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs
• Maintain equipment per operating standards
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Establish strong communication with leaders and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
