Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, accurate and efficient service to guests at our quick service locations across the network.

You will process transactions on a POS system, support daily restaurant operations, and collaborate with team leaders to ensure a clean, welcoming environment. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, accurate, efficient service to guests.

• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
