Job summary

Norfolk Hardware & Home Center is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to welcome customers and handle cashier duties in a fast-paced retail environment. You will process purchases, answer questions, and help customers locate products while maintaining a clean checkout area and supporting teammates during busy times.

A positive attitude and reliability are essential. Experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred; training is provided for hardware-related tasks and product

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a POS/register system.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Hardware or home improvement experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities
