Assists customers by accepting payments, making change, crediting payments to accounts, and answering questions related to accounts.
The position is generally comfortable with occasional stooping, bending, or light lifting of materials up to 10 pounds. The environment is typical of an office setting with acceptable lighting, temperature, and air conditions.
Must pass a criminal background check and obtain/maintain security clearance if required. Past performance evaluations, supervisory recommendations, and internal affairs history may be reviewed.
High school diploma or GED, with basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple math functions.
At least one year of money handling and data entry experience.
