Customer Service Branch Associate / Delivery Driver - Automotive Finishes

Job Details

This part-time role involves receiving and preparing orders, safely moving, loading, and delivering products, and providing customer service. You will operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as needed.

Location: Automotive Branch #9726, 2455 Texas Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71103. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload products
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Deliver products safely and timely
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment
• Follow inventory procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory review

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work scheduled hours

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of experience with material handling equipment
• One year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
