The Wave Car Wash in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Customer Service Attendant (Sales & Operations). Earn $18.13/hour plus commissions and bonuses. This outdoor role blends customer service, sales, and operations with opportunities for growth across The Wave team.

You will work with a friendly team, promote wash packages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming site. No prior car wash experience is required—we will train you to succeed and advance within The Wave family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
• Weekend availability required.
• Open availability preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout your shift.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend your day working outdoors, preparing vehicles, helping customers, and recommending wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

What You'll Do

This isn't your typical customer service job.

You'll spend your day working outdoors, preparing vehicles, helping customers, recommending wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming.
