Job summary

Big Dan's in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced, fully automated express car wash team. You will drive sales at the pay station, greet guests, and assist customers to ensure a top-tier experience. You’ll also load vehicles into the tunnel and help maintain a clean, welcoming site for every guest.

Open availability is required. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, tuition assistance, and incentives including commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Sales experience preferred.

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in creating a top-tier car wash experience by ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, efficient, clean, and friendly visit. Key responsibilities includedriving sales at the pay stationwith professionalism, warmly greeting guests, and assisting customers to ensure their needs are met with exceptional service, loading vehicles into the tunnel, and maintaining the site’s cleanliness and appearance.
