Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a part-time role. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–1:30pm, at client locations. You will provide professional service, stock displays, and ensure accurate merchandising while maintaining great client relationships.

The position emphasizes teamwork, strong organization, and effective communication to meet daily needs and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries and merchandise at client locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, vending machines and displays to standard.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or stale products.
• Ensure proper storage of refrigerated and perishable items.
• Maintain attractive and clean product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor inventory needs and communicate shortages.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Part-Time. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-1:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
