Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a part-time role with hours Monday-Friday 8am-2pm, plus every 3rd Saturday. The position involves receiving deliveries, stocking vending machines, maintaining refrigeration, and handling cash at machines.

Candidates should be outgoing, able to work independently or with a team, and possess strong organization and communication skills. Training and growth opportunities are ample within a family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-2pm, with every 3rd Saturday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
