AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to join our team in Mentor, OH. This full-time role involves early mornings Monday–Friday, handling vending machine operations, cash receipts, and delivering great service to clients.

You will work both independently and with colleagues, maintain clean machines, manage inventory, and help ensure food safety and freshness across our vending locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries at client locations and verify items.
• Fill vending machines to correct inventory levels.
• Stock shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and manage inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines (coins and bills).
• Provide positive customer interactions with eye contact and smiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-Time. This position is scheduled early mornings Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packages foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
