Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Attendant (Part-Time) to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. You will assist clients, stock shelves, and ensure displays are clean and appealing, while maintaining excellent service standards.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, able to work independently or with others, and comfortable with basic calculations for pricing and inventory. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a family-focused company.

Qualifications

• Must have outgoing personality and ability to promote products.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic for unit conversions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
