Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Full-time Customer Service Attendant Merchandiser to support our large global ecommerce client in Wilmington, DE. The role operates Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and focuses on delivering excellent hospitality, product presentation, and inventory integrity.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Full-time Customer Service Attendant Merchandiser working Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11:30pm. This position is located in the Wilmington, DE area and will work at a large global E-Commerce organization to service our markets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.


• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.


• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.


• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.


• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.


• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.


• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.


• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
