Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant Floater, Full-time, to support multiple client locations. The role requires welcoming customers, organizing deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

The position involves traveling between client sites using your own vehicle, promoting products, and working both independently and as part of a team. A strong emphasis on organization and communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.

• Monitor inventory needs and communicate shortages.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Floater, Full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel between various locations using your own personal vehicle (company vehicle and gas card is not provided)
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
