Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant Floater for 1st shift. You will travel between client locations to receive, stock, and merchandise products, ensuring clean displays and compliant storage.

We value an outgoing, team-oriented individual who can handle both independent tasks and cooperative work, maintaining accurate inventory and excellent customer relations. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted; EOE.

Qualifications

• Travel between multiple client locations using own vehicle; company vehicle and gas card not provided.
• Outgoing personality with ability to promote products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure at pace.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to standards to keep shelves and displays appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored.
• Maintain attractive, clean merchandising areas and displays.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Floater, Full Time, 1st Shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel between various locations using your own personal vehicle (company vehicle and gas card is not provided)
