Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant in Louisville, KY. This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent service to clients and supporting daily merchandising and store operations.

You will engage customers, assist with product promotions, maintain displays, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. AVI offers a family culture and opportunities for growth through training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards and keep displays stocked.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or damaged items.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are stored properly.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant.

This is a part-time position in Louisville, KY.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
