Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and friendly Customer Service Associates who can handle our customers by building remarkable interpersonal relationship and maintaining trust and friendliness. This is a remote (Work-From-Home) work model. In this role you will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, etc., and maintain customer information and records in the CRM.
