Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Reports To: Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and friendly Customer Service Associates who can handle our customers by building remarkable interpersonal relationship and maintaining trust and friendliness. This is a remote (Work-From-Home) work model. In this role you will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, etc., and maintain customer information and records in the CRM. You will also resolve customer complaints and escalations in the most friendly and effective manner. This role demands expert problem-solving and strong communication.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers,
  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, etc.) with remarkable accuracy and friendliness,
  • Provide clear process updates and information, as required based on situations,
  • Maintain excellent service standards and meet commitment given to customers on call, email, etc.,
  • Document all the required information, updates, progress, documents, etc., in CRM,
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the manager or senior,
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention,
  • Assist with upselling or cross-selling, when appropriate, to support business goals,
  • Ensure seamless availability during business hours,
  • Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently,
  • Solve problems and issues in the most creative and strategic ways,
  • Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager,
  • Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.
