Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you’re responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your duties include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, building product displays to attract customer engagement, and opportunities for growth within the company. You will also stock shelves, support the deli, exercise basic math skills, handle cash and credit payments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Effective communication and ability to connect with peers are essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is key, as business needs can change.
