Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, building engaging product displays, and supporting deli operations. You will stock shelves, assist with deli food prep such as breakfast sandwiches, pizzas, and sandwiches, handle cash and credit transactions, and exercise basic math skills. You must be at least 18 years old, able to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Good communication and connection-building skills are essential. You will also be responsible for safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is important as business needs may change.
