Responsibilities
  1. Customer Experience: Engage customers by greeting them, assisting with products and services, resolving issues, and sharing best practices to ensure a positive experience.
  2. Operations: Provide courteous service, recommend products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
  3. Additional Tasks: Assist with store displays, stock rotation, photo services, web order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
Training & Personal Development
  • Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
  • Be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules.
  • Preferred: Six months retail experience and Walgreens experience.
