Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly service, recommend items, and process transactions including returns and refunds.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and manage inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with food product placement, and manage stock rotation.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web order pickups.
- Assist with store maintenance and adhere to company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks and participate in training and personal development.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
Position details: Full-time, not applicable seniority level, hourly wage $17.28 - $19.
