Customer Service Associate

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to deliver a distinctive experience.

Operations

• Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, including recommending items and managing transactions such as voids, returns, and refunds.
• Keeps store areas clean, merchandised, and well-stocked, and maintains records and inventory.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays, assists with food safety and product placement, and manages stock rotation.
• Operates store systems and equipment, provides photo services, and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
• Maintains store appearance and complies with company policies, completing assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Attends training sessions and completes required PPLs as directed.

Qualifications

Basic: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred: Six months retail experience preferred; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
