Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on the assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
6. Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items and upsell when appropriate.
7. Handle transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, take inventory, and ensure proper product placement.
9. Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
10. Construct and maintain displays, complete resets, and assist with stock rotation.
11. Assist in food separation and product placement according to policies.
12. Operate store systems and equipment knowledgeably.
13. Provide photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
14. Maintain store appearance and comply with policies, fostering respectful coworker relationships.
15. Complete assigned special tasks and participate in training and personal development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information
