Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommend items and suggest trade-up or complementary products.
- Handle transactions, process returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keep store areas clean and well merchandised, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with asset protection procedures.
- Assist with food separation, product placement, and stock rotation.
- Operate store systems and equipment, provide photo services, and fulfill web orders.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to policies and procedures.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required learning programs.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
