Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile individual to perform customer service and business office functions across our agronomy, farm supply, co-op, and petroleum locations. This multi-level role ranges from entry-level support to senior customer relations, office administration, and order coordination, depending on experience and location needs.

Impact and Responsibilities
  • Assist management, staff, vendors, customers, and partners with inquiries about daily operations, policies, and current initiatives, maintaining courteous and professional communication.
  • Manage primary business phone and email communications, providing updates on orders, product availability, and services.
  • Support customers via telephone with product and service questions.
  • Handle mail and parcel deliveries efficiently.
  • Process delivery tickets and work orders accurately, entering details into the system and scheduling deliveries or appointments.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required.
  • Preferred 6 months retail customer service experience and familiarity with point of sale systems.
  • Experience in agribusiness is a plus.
  • Strong customer-focused interpersonal skills and professional communication.
  • Ability to learn and follow facility guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of store merchandise to assist customers effectively.
  • Attention to detail in transactions, cash handling, and loss prevention.
