Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and be able to frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and friendly environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
