Job summary

Accenture PLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate for Other Health Insurance (OHI). The role handles inbound calls from providers, Medicaid members and other insurers, and may make outbound calls to verify coverage and update client records.

The position requires on-site work for the first six months, Monday to Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time, with a focus on accuracy, quality scores, and data entry into our systems.

Qualifications

Location: San Antonio (location is non‑negotiable)

The Customer Service Associate - Other Health Insurance will take inbound calls from providers, Medicaid members and representatives from the other health insurance. The CSA may also make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records.

Job Requirements

• Must meet Accenture’s Primary Residential Location policy for the San Antonio office location
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time
• Position will require employees to work on-site/100% in the office for the first six months

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or contact center experience
• Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
