Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Columbus store. This part-time, in‑person role focuses on delivering clean, safe, and friendly service while assisting customers with laundry card use, product selection, and wash‑and‑fold orders.

You will operate the register, stock retail items, and keep the store well‑organized, reporting any issues to the Store Manager. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage add-on sales.
• Keep retail items stocked and report inventory or janitorial supplies needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report issues to a supervisor when needed.
