Job summary

Nordson Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide pre- and post-sale support across multiple sub families. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, or chat, process orders, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced service center.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years CSR experience, familiarity with SAP and Salesforce, and be comfortable working onsite in Duluth, GA. This role supports both domestic and international customer interactions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years CSR experience preferred.
• Previous SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Previous case management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP.
• Handle inquiries regarding order status, inventory, delivery status, and pricing.
• May include international transactions and requests.
• Coordinate with Nordson teams to resolve inquiries.
• Learn and use Nordson case management tools to track tasks.
• Review requests to assign priority and route to the correct desk.

The Customer Service Associates provides pre- and post-sale customer service and support across multiple sub families. Delivers timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone, email or website chatbot in an in- or outbound service center consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the Customer Experience Supervisor received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers.
• Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing
• Job duties may encompass international transactions and requests.
• Follow correct process to communicate with other Nordson teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry.
• Ability to learn and use Nordson case management technology to retrieve and update status of each task assignment
• Review case management requests to assign priority status and route to the correct customer service desk

Education and Experience Requirements

• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred

Position is onsite Monday through Friday at our Duluth location.
