About the role

As a Customer Service Associate - Consumer, you will use your customer service skills to support clients for a top fintech company. You and your team will resolve support issues for customers via telephone, chat and email, and support all major client groups: banking, payments and investments.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients.
  • Assist with account and product inquiries while performing account maintenance.
  • Establish a professional rapport with each client.

What you will need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong computer abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
