Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Cumming, GA to welcome customers and support daily store operations. You’ll assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while providing a clean, friendly environment.

You will handle transactions at the cash register, maintain cash security, and work with teammates to ensure accurate, efficient service. Part-time hours offer flexibility and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
