ADI Global Distribution in Louisville, KY is seeking a Customer Care Associate II to join our Central Sales Group. You will support customers across North America, handle inquiries, and guide orders with a focus on world-class service.

This role emphasizes problem solving, product knowledge, and maintaining accurate records, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or SAP.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership mindset.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
