Your Role

As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Focus on providing a clean, welcoming environment while being fully cross‑trained to support the cash register and switch to front‑end duties as needed. Your day‑to‑day job duties include:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness: cleaning/restocking bathrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, taking out trash, ensuring all areas neat and presentable
• Ensuring a positive, safe, respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required
