Job summary

Dollar Tree in Wind Gap, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

This role requires a high school diploma (preferred), prior retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
