Job summary

Dollar Tree in Searcy, AR is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent service while assisting customers with questions and recommendations. You will manage sales transactions at a cash register and help keep the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
