Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Chickasha store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, restock merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy in cash handling, and teamwork with store leaders. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform daily store tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
