Dollar Tree Stores INC. is looking for a Customer Service Associate to create a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes polite customer interactions, safety, and efficiency, with responsibilities including unloading merchandise and stock replenishment, plus maintaining a neat store environment. Prior retail or service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
