Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience and support daily operations at the store located on Main St. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, strong communication, and reliable teamwork. Part-time hours are available with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
