Job summary

Nebraska Medicine in Omaha seeks a customer service professional to provide the highest quality assistance for patients, families, physicians, employees and the public who contact the Clinical Enterprise.

You will use department-specific computer tools and databases to accurately record and communicate information to internal and external customers, while maintaining confidentiality and responding to inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience, including working with multi-line telephone systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
