Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, build attractive product displays, and have opportunities to grow within the company. Additional duties include stocking shelves, handling cash and credit payments, and safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. You should be prepared to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. You must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate clearly and build connections with customers and peers. Flexibility is key, as business needs may change.
