Qualifications

• Provide friendly, accurate customer service to dine-in, carryout and delivery customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Promote Domino’s products and specials to increase orders.
• Be trained on store procedures, including opening/closing and oven operation.
• Check orders for accuracy and quality before delivery or pickup.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with customers and teammates.
• Use a computer-based order entry system to enter and modify orders.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, energetic store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Collect cash and credit card payments.
• Promote pizza products and specials.
• Receive cross-training for product preparation and opening/closing procedures, oven operation, and boxing for delivery/carryout.
• Check products for quality against standards.
• Exhibit urgency when answering store phones or assisting carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone or in person.
• Speak and write clearly.
• Operate a computer-based order entry system.
• Contribute to a teamwork-focused, energetic, and fun store atmosphere.
