Job summary

You’ll engage customers, answer questions, and share service best practices while maintaining shelves, processing returns, and supporting photo services and online order pickups. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items for sale and performs product placement and stock rotation.
• Maintains store cleanliness, checks in merchandise, and follows asset protection procedures.
• Provides customer service in photo area and supports web pick-up responsibilities.
