Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, proactive service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash register, process payments, refunds, voids, and exchanges accurately.
• Assist with product placement, stock rotation, and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves and assist with store displays.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with pickup orders.
• Monitor and maintain store conditions and comply with company policies.
• Support asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Participate in training and development activities as requested.
