Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet customers, prepare menu items, and operate the cash register at our Bridgewater Township store in New Jersey. You’ll help keep the store stocked, clean, and safe while providing friendly service.

The role emphasizes teamwork and a fast-paced environment, with duties spanning from food preparation to assisting with age-restricted transactions. This is a store-facing, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
