Job summary

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative serving Minot with multiple convenience stores, farm machinery, full-service pumps, and automotive services. As a CSR at Enerbase on South Broadway, you will handle customer transactions, answer inquiries, and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, while supporting store operations.

You will maintain cleanliness and stock, ensure product availability, and actively promote the cooperative and its services to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work pm to closing shift including some weekends and holidays.
