Job summary

Enerbase Cooperative Resources seeks a Customer Service Representative at our Washburn, ND location to assist customers, process transactions, and promote cooperative services. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support daily operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, and cash-handling skills, plus familiarity with POS systems. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. You will also support the overall operations of the store by maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and ensuring the availability of products.
