Hop Shops, a division of Valor Oil, is hiring a Customer Service Associate (Cashier) for Carrollton, KY. Immediate start with pay at $15.00 per hour and multiple shifts available. You will operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, keep the store clean, and restock shelves as needed.

Ideal candidate has strong communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Safety rules must be followed at all times.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of customer service, preferably in a public-facing role.
• Must be 20+ in Kentucky (18+ in Ohio) due to alcohol/tobacco sales.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds; stock and clean the store.

Description

Pay: $15.00 hourly

Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Location: Carrollton, KY

Start date: Immediate

Requirements

• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.
• Familiarity with operating registers, computers, phones, tablets, and loyalty systems.
• Must be 20 years old in Kentucky (due to alcohol/tobacco sales) and 18 years old in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a public-facing role.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stock and clean the store, both inside and outside.
