Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Customer Service Associate in St. Louis to coordinate internal and external inquiries, manage samples, and liaise with laboratory personnel. LIMS data entry will be a key part of daily tasks, with emphasis on timely processing and safety compliance.

The role requires a 2+ year background in customer service or admin, a scientific degree preferred, and a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM weekday schedule in a pet care research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in science or laboratory setting preferred.
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM.

• Prioritize and manage submitted samples to ensure timely processing.

Quality Assurance and Nestlé Purina Analytical Laboratories department is comprised of talented individuals who possess a genuine love for pets and their families. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll facilitate customer service requests and enter submitted data samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS). Come prepared to solve problems and communicate with other departments.

Salary: $42,744.60 to$67,504.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
