Bubble Down Car Wash in Riverview, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, engage at the pay station, and promote wash packages or memberships. This full-time role blends customer service with on-site maintenance in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist as the company grows. The position starts at $15/hour with commission opportunities, plus paid training and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided).
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets.
